EqualSkillsICS SkillsEqualSkills is for those with little or no experience of computers and the Internet. This course is designed to help remove the fear of using a computer by using a simple, non threatening approach to educating individuals in the basic skills of using a computer, internet and email. Completing the EqualSkills programme enables learners to demonstrate a fundamental level of knowledge and skills in four key areas: - Computer Basics
- Introduction to the Desktop
- The World Wide Web
- Email
Learners will be provided with: - A fun, informal and uncomplicated introduction to computers and the Internet
- An appreciation and basic understanding of computers and the Internet
- An opportunity to meet new people and learn about computers in a relaxed and enjoyable setting
All learners will be provided with a paper-based workbook consisting of simple and straightforward exercises and learning materials. Date:
